About the artwork

Eva Armisen’s painting of a mealtime scene conveys the delight of found in such simple moments in our lives. The painting features a family of four sitting at the dining table enjoying a meal, while the lush green landscape behind their home is shown through the window of the room. The warm colours of the room, such as the vibrant yellow of the walls and the vivid red of the tablecloth, imbues the painting with a sense of joy and liveliness, that is reinforced by the sweet smiles on the family’s face as they enjoy their meal.
