Rosid

Born in 1969, Rosid completed studies in Fine Art at SOS, Bandung in 1991. From 1994 to 1995 he studied painting with Rudi Pranadjaja in Bandung and worked with various studios around Bandung refining his work. He has held solo exhibitions in Jarkarta, Bandung and Semarang. The intricate detailing suggests texture, in turn, emotions are transformed into tactile sensations where affection is larger than life.

1989 – 1991    : Studied Fine Art at SOS, Bandung.

1991 – 1993    : Joined with R 66 Studio, Bandung.

1994 – 1995    : Studied Painting with Rudi Pranadjaja, Bandung.

1995 – 1996    : Joined with D23 StudiO Bandung.

1997 – 1999    : Joined with Redha studio and Tatang Ganar studio, Bandung.
